Congratulations to Helen Cohen and Ravi Sakhuja on their election to Lexington School Committee. We wish them all the best and look forward to working with them on issues affecting our children and our schools.

And thanks very much to Scott Burson for running a strong and very classy campaign. We're sure Scott will continue to be involved in town and school affairs and we wish him very good luck.

I'd like to extend a very heartfelt thank you to everyone who voted for us in our campaign for Lexington School Committee and for Town Meeting in Precinct 9. This was my first race for town office and while I didn't succeed I did meet lots of wonderful Lexington residents, many of whom supported us, and I learned a lot more about the issues and concerns of Lexington and Precinct 9. This is a wonderful community and it deserves the very best in town and school government.

Thanks especially to all of you who gave your time and your resources to the campaign. Thanks very much to Iang Jeon, our campaign chairman, and Robert Bennett, our treasurer. I hope I have proven worthy of your support. I plan to stay involved and I look forward to meeting all of you again and working with you to help make our community the very best it can be.
